Terms and conditions: Prepaid boarding pass must be presented at check-in or a $60.00 ticket charge will apply. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED (7-14 days recommended) and subject to availability. A $14.00 departure fee PLUS a two beverage minimum is required and must be paid at time of reservation in order to be confirmed. SEATING IS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. City Lights Cruises enforces Coast Guard policy of "Zero Tolerance." No guest shall bring aboard the yacht any firearms or other weapons, illegal substances, or bevarages of any kind. Rubber soled, flat shoes are recommended on all cruises. Use of boarding pass constitutes passengers consent for use of their photographic likeness. CityLights cruises reserves the right to change your cruise to another date, yacht, or harbor. NO CASH VALUE - ticket is not refundable. Ticket does not include taxes where applicable, parking, gratuities, or any other items not specifically stated as included in this offer. City Lights Cruises assumes no responsibility for expense, inconvenience, or damage, nor for loss, damage or injury to any property or person on any yacht, or any cause whatsoever. City Lights Cruises assumes no liability or responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor or their agents, other than those made in the terms and conditions herein. Use of this ticket for PREMIUM CRUISES or SPECIAL EVENTS may be restricted or incur extra charges. Cruises depart from Chicago's Navy Pier & other locations. Cancellation or re-scheduling of reservations must be made in writting FIVE BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE. Cancellation fees will apply. NO SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RE-SCHEDULE ON A FUTURE CRUISE DATE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
