• Shipping and handling fee is $3.00 per order.
• Free shipping and handling is offered on VIP PASS orders totaling over $200.00.
• Most orders will ship on the same day they are received.
• Orders placed after 4:00PM EST will ship on the next business day.
• All VIP PASS orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel, depending on weight.
• Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your VIP Passes.
• Overnight shipping is available but has not been integrated into this site.
• If you require next day delivery, please call (847) 299-5070.
• The fee for overnight shipping is $30.00.
• Third party products purchased (i) through this site, (ii) by referral from this site, or (iii) advertised on this site will be shipped directly from the seller and may be subject to separate fees, terms, and procedures as determined by the seller.

Returns

• All VIP Passes and Packages purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Return of third party products purchased (i) through this site, (ii) by referral from this site, or (iii) advertised on this site may be subject to separate fees, terms, and procedures as determined by the seller.
